Terms of Service
Draft for legal review — effective date to be set at launch. Operator: HIA&Company Co., Ltd. (주식회사 히야앤컴퍼니).
1. Who can use TeensMBA
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. If the law where you live sets a higher age for consenting to online services (for example 15 or 16 in some EU countries), a parent or guardian must give consent before you use the service. If you are under 18, any purchase must be made by a parent or guardian.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google or school account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one student; sharing an account or redistributing content is not permitted.
3. Plans, payment and refunds
The Free plan includes Unit 1. The Pro plan costs USD 300 per year or USD 35 per month, billed through our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Yearly plans are refundable in full within 14 days if fewer than three Pro topics have been completed. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change for future renewals with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Our content
All lectures, animations, questions, rubrics and feedback are original works created by TeensMBA. They are licensed to you for personal study, not for copying, sharing, scraping, or use in other courses or products. The course follows a publicly available course framework; AP® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this site. All lectures, questions and feedback here are original and are not College Board materials.
5. Automated feedback
Free-response scoring and written feedback are generated by an automated system trained on our own rubrics. They are a study aid. They are not official exam scores and do not predict your exam result. Mock-exam scores are likewise diagnostic only.
6. Your work
Answers you write and project notes you save remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them to provide feedback and to improve the service in aggregated, de-identified form. We do not publish your work.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or use it to produce material that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the service at least 14 days before they apply. Questions: support@teensmba.com.
