FRQ 3 — Concept application (3 points)
Jamal notices that students at his school often miss the late bus because the schedule changes without notice. He talks with 32 students over a week; 27 say they have missed the bus at least twice this term because of unannounced changes. He sketches a simple phone app with one screen that shows today's bus times and sends an alert when they change. He shows the sketch to 20 students: 18 say they would use it, and 6 say they would also want a map of the bus's current location. Building the full app would cost about $4,000 and three months of a developer's time.
